A communal Living Facility with fully appointed studio, One Bed Room and Multiple Bed Room and Bath Apartments. All rooms, kitchens and baths are designed to accommodate older residents who are fully mobile but who later become limited in their physical abilities, allowing them to age comfortably in their own homes. The facility has two restaurants, movie, library, meeting and hobby rooms, a gift and sundries shop and other public and private amenitites. The large site includes a pool with lounge decks and walks in the nature areas with ponds, streams, bridges and gazebos to encourage active living.
