Ritter, Miga & Associates has designed commercial, religious, residential and similar campus and community plans for clients with land areas of a few acres to completely self-contained villages of several hundred acres which include hundreds of residential units, commercial centers and recreational areas and facilities. 

We have chosen to illustrate only one design study, a special transportation system which can be beneficial to almost any small city or similar area requiring service to multiple use areas without adding auto or surface traffic to the environment.
